We endeavour to dispatch your order within two working days. For most destinations, you will receive your order within 2-5 working days however, some remote destinations may take a little longer.

We endeavour to dispatch your order within two working days.
Most destinations worldwide will be delivered to within 10 - 14 working days, however remote destinations may take a little longer depending on customs regulations within your country.
Tracking your order online
Upon dispatch of your order, a consignment note number will be emailed to you for your reference.You may track the progress of your shipment at any time, via the designated shipping companies’ website tracking facilities.
/ RETURN POLICY
Customer satisfaction is important at Laviol Skincare. If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the products within 7 working days. Please contact Laviol Skincare for a return authorisation number.
Packages not returned within 7 business working days or without a return authorisation number clearly posted on the outside of the box will be refused. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges on returned goods unless the return items are an error on behalf of Laviol Skincare.
